VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Position: Outreach Volunteer
Organization: GreenPAC
Locations: Vancouver, Victoria or Burnaby, British Columbia

Do you think BC needs more environmental leaders in government? Want to be a part of dedicated, passionate team of volunteers?

GreenPAC needs you!

GreenPAC is a non-partisan non-profit working to elect environmental leaders in Canadian politics. GreenPAC works by screening candidates running for election, and identifying proven environmental leaders (based on their previous work, volunteer, and political experience in the environmental sector, voting history, environmental awards received, and more). We then let voters know which candidates are environmental leaders, and funnel their support in the form of time, money, and votes to get these candidates elected. The idea being that these leaders will work across party lines to introduce and vote for environmental legislation.

As BC provincial election approaches, we need help from smart, dedicated, and passionate volunteers to help us reach voters in BC. Right now we're building volunteer teams in Vancouver, Victoria and Burnaby, who would represent GreenPAC at various environmental events in pairs to spread the word about what we do, and which candidates we've endorsed.

Interested? Check out our volunteer handbook for more details. If you have any questions, or would like to get involved, please Kate at:
